No refunds will be granted. If you are unable to attend, you may substitute another individual in your place. In order to make a name change, we ask that the original attendee send us an email to authorize the change.
The Futures Fest and Futures Summit has had a no refund policy since inception as articulated on our website, reiterated during the payment process for registration and cited below. We understand that individuals and companies may make decisions not to attend Futures Fest and Futures Summit but we are unable to modify the refund policy. We apologize for any inconvenience or hardship but we make substantial non-cancelable financial commitments to our vendors and partners in order to continue to host the Futures Fest and Futures Summit each year. We are unable to abrogate those financial commitments. We hope that you understand that the Coronavirus issues are having as much of a difficult impact on the Futures Institute’s team as on the Futures Institute’s community. We are doing our very best to be highly responsive and adjust all protocols as are feasible.
