The Futures Institute curates the best-in-class content, products, and services in the K-12 education space and delivers it to a decision-making audience that is primed for innovation. We connect you with your intended audience through a diversified media approach. This approach builds long-term, lasting relationships through thought-leadership content and positions your brand + products at the center of educational innovation. We do this through highly engaging in person institutes and an online and social media presence.

Our Audience is made up of four distinct Societies; decision-makers at the highest levels of school districts.

The Futures Institute Societies. The premier network for educational leaders.

  • The Society of Superintendents
  • The Society of Chief Academic Officers and Curriculum Directors
  • The Society of Chief Technology Officers and Technology Directors
  • The Society of Chief Operations and Financial Officers

Together, these leaders have a Collective Purchasing Power (CPP) of over $1 billion in educational spending. There are several opportunities to position your brand + products + services with our leaders.

Opportunities to Engage:

2-Hour Private Discussions

In each discussion, your company will get private access to 5 Futures Institute leaders for a discussion that positions your product or service with one of our five institute topics. You’ll receive confidential consultation with our team to thoughtfully plan your presentation and position your product or service with educational innovation.

Sponsorships

Spark – A riveting hour of cutting-edge Talks featured during lunch.
The leading voices have been assembled to deliver lunchtime talks on futures topics like Artificial Intelligence, Machine-human collaboration, The World of Learning, and Education in 2050. Educational leaders and partnering organizations join in the dialogue for thoughtful, powerful follow up conversations with the keynote speaker. Ideas are exchanged and captured for later advocacy papers and publications from The Institute.

Career Connections – Position your company as the leading brand for executive searches. Leaders and partners alike network with other colleagues, hear from guest speakers about building your professional resume, and be introduced to some of the top educational search firms in the United States in our Career Connections. Learn the nuances of negotiating with a school board, navigating employment contracts, and much more.

Pitch Fest – Where bold ideas are born. Position your company as supporter of ideas.  For our boldest leaders, The Futures Institute offers a compelling platform to showcase your most ambitious idea. TFI Leaders are invited to apply for Pitch Fest before the Institute. Three leaders will be selected to pitch their most ambitious idea at the Institute’s Friday Night Pitch Fest. 10 minutes, 5 slides, that’s the format. TFI Leaders and partnering organizations will then vote for the most ambitious idea that has the potential to positively affect public education in the next decade. The winner will receive $5,000 to seed their idea.

Reception – Networking with best-in-class leaders and top decision-makers.
Evening receptions bring leaders together for an informal networking hour.

Networking Hour – Position your company during one of our networking hours during the institute. One hour structured networking break. This occurs once in the morning and once in the afternoon.

Futures Playground – Exhibit your product in our Futures Playground. Take full advantage of our Futures Playground by providing hands-on demonstrations of your product. Reserved for high tech innovative products, our Futures Playground is made up of the hottest in consumer electronics, high-engagement student devices and products, and a who’s who of tech. The Futures Playground is prime real estate for your product. It is centrally located in the Grand Ballroom where all Spark Luncheons, Networking Hours, Career Connections, Receptions and Tuesday night Pitch Fest take place.
